Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

        If you order before 11.00h on working days, we will ship your order the same day.

         If you order on Friday after 11.00 hours or in the weekend, we will ship your order the next working day.

         If your order is not (in time) or can’t be delivered then we will contact you within 2 working days.

How will my order be shippe d?

        All our orders are shipped by DPD or Fedex

Check upon receiving your package if it is unopened and undamaged.

How long will my shipment take?

         In general, the goods wil be delivered within 48 to 72 hours after you have placed your order (on working days)

    

Choose your delivery address

        Add an address and / or change your shipping address in your personal account or when ordering.

        Choose your home or work address as the delivery address.

 Shipping (inter)nationally

          We have our warehouse in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. Our prices include shipping costs to the UK, except for certain isles, where the transporting companies will also charge extra costs. If so, we will contact you than about the extra costs.

S hipping to other countries might lead to incremental costs, you can contact us via info@jjfootwear.nl for clarification.

 

Returns

 

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. You can return your purchase if it does not meet your needs. Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. If your purchase is properly returned in good order, we refund the purchase price directly.  

How can I return?

Consult our return policy to see if we are able to accept your return (our conditions outline what determines a faulty product or product that is unfit for purpose)

Fill in the return form which is inside the shoebox, and put it inside the shoebox.
Returns can be sent via DPD or Fedex. We will provide you with a return label, when we ship over the product, or you can contact us in case you want to return a product

How can I exchange?
If your purchase is not the correct size and you would to exchange it for another item or size follow the order process to see if the item you require is still in stock in the desired width, colour and size.
We cannot settle the initial order with the new order, so you have  to order again via the webshop.

Once we receive your initial order back in our warehouse, we will process the refund within maximum 2 working days and the money will be transferred back into your account/card as soon as possible (mostly within 7 days maximum, when received in our warehouse).  

Return Policy 
Make sure the product is returned in the in exactly the same condition as it was received, undamaged and in the original packaging. Unless faulty, worn, damaged or repaired items are not accepted and returned to your address. 
CM Boots and Shoes does cover the cost of returns, whenever it is returned following our return instructions. If returned in another way back to us, CM Boots and Shoes will not refund the shipping cost, unless agreed beforehand.

Your products cannot be returned COD and will not be accepted.      If a product is not returned to us with 14 days from the date of receipt of notification, CM Boots and Shoes assumes products meet with your satisfaction. Returns must be returned team within 14 days of the day of receipt. CM Boots and Shoes has the right to refuse products that are later than the above period will be returned. CM Boots and Shoes will apply shipping costs if an order is accepted but collected at home or at a pickup location.
